Pablo Escobar’s brother, Roberto De Jesús Escobar Gaviria, has released a foldable smartphone, the Escobar Fold 1, which is being manufactured in Hong Kong with an initial production run of 100,000 units. The new smartphone retails for $349 and is now available exclusively at EscobarInc.com/Fold1 (link not safe for work).

The Escobar Fold 1 website features lingerie models posing with the smartphone, including Kristina Yakimova, Miss Playboy Russia 2017, and the accompanying promotional video appears more like a Victoria’s Secret ad.

“The Escobar Fold 1 is the best smartphone in the world right now.”

Roberto De Jesus Escobar Gaviria, Founder of Escobar Inc.

Roberto de Jesús Escobar Gaviria, nicknamed El Osito, is the brother of the deceased drug kingpin, Pablo Escobar, and the former accountant and co-founder of the Medellín Cartel, which was responsible for up to 80 percent of the cocaine smuggled into the U.S. at the time.

Escobar’s previous product launches include a flamethrower for which he accused Elon Musk of intellectual property theft, alleging that The Boring Company’s Not-a-Flamethrower promotion was based on a design that Escobar discussed in 2017 with an engineer associated with Musk. Escobar publicly offered Musk to settle the dispute for $100M in cash, $100M in shares of Tesla, or by replacing Musk as Tesla CEO.

Escobar Inc, a private holding company based in Medellín, Colombia, currently manages the assets of the Escobar family. Escobar Inc manages and owns all the intellectual property relating to Pablo Escobar, such as copyrights, trademarks, and any associated businesses.
